Faceless Friday: Part 60 & 61

Yes, it’s Wednesday, no I don’t care.

I didn’t get a chance to write out my gratitude last week, or the week before…. Therefore, here is this past couple of week’s Faceless Friday, on a Wednesday. Minds blown.  So, in no particular order here is what has rocked my face off as of late:

Nico Harper.  He is a great travel companion.  He lets me sing at the top of my lungs and doesn’t get (too) annoyed.  He has to take potty breaks when I do.  He calms me down in traffic, and makes other drivers smile when they see him.  He is patient and always by my side.

Becoming an aunt, to twins.  This is going to have to be its own blog post, because there is no way I could ever describe how life changing and grateful Baby B and Baby R being born meant.  I love them, fully, completely, and all consuming love.

The Fixer.  While I was visiting family and friends he reminded me daily of how much I was missed.  He was there for me when I got stressed, and made me laugh when I needed to.  The homecoming of Nico and I was quite a sight and reinforced how good he is for my man dog, and how good he is for me.  He feels like home.

Friends.  True friends that get it.  That know when I need help, space, or a place to run and hide.  I adore these people that have known me since forever and never judge me when things are rocky.  Understanding and compassion from true friends is a blessing I do not take lightly.  Thank you dear hearts for always, ALWAYS being there.

The children in my life.  I do not have kids of my own, though hopeful that I will one day, it is great to know so many kids that love me, and let me love them.  I have seen these children grow from diapers to miniature adults and they bring me great pride.

My brother and his wife in awesomeness.  They let me stay with them while I was visiting my home state and it was super appreciated.  They always make me feel at home, and loved.  Spending time with them makes my soul smile.  I especially enjoyed spending some one on one  time with the good brother watching him work.  He really has grown into a great man, and I am honored to have seen it all from day one.

My youngest brother and his girlfriend.  They became parents and let me be a part of it and let me help them while I was there.  I will forever be grateful that they made me an aunt and were not shocked when I bawled like an idiot at how happy that made me.

And now for the short list:

Coffee, photoshop, body wash, my super packing abilities, Momma Jo, rearranging the kitchen with some of my stuff, decorating, seeing friends I haven’t seen in years, The Fixer’s ribs (damn he can cook), candles, music, HOME, and you Craughers for taking this extraordinary journey with me, and your continued support. MUCH LOVE!!
