It’s Friday, and a GOOD one at that…. So it must mean it is time for Faceless Friday, where I list all of the awesome things that rocked my face off this past week. Here we go…

Insight.  Last night when I was driving home from work, I looked around and took a deep breath.  I am safe.  I am here.  No one is going to take that away from me, or at least I will not give anyone permission to do so again.  I have a chance, a real chance, at the life I want.  The stalker getting out of prison sent me all sorts of bad vibes, but I can deflect those.  I can choose to be happy and love this life. No one controls me any longer.

Working out. Ah, how it sucks, but feels so good when it’s over.  I started a new program this week and it is already kicking my ass.  It feels good to use my energy up and it feels good to know that even though this is not the body I want right now, I can do something about it. I can make the changes and do the work and become healthier. BOOM!

Music and coffee. For the obvious make my soul happy reasons.
